Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Ron Waln is an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist licensed by the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board, Missouri State Committee of Psychologists and the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists.
Each board requires licensees to maintain their expertise through continuing education activities and to practice according to the profession's Ethical Guidelines.

Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
The SPHR certification is awarded by the Human Resource Certification Institute of the Society for Human Resource Management.  Dr. Ron Waln holds lifetime SPHR certification, and he is a past SHRM Chapter President.
